Certificate of conformity — a document confirming the conformity of products with the quality and safety requirements established for them by the current standards and regulations.
ATM Steel LLC has extensive experience in adapting the delivered goods to the conditions of use in the Russian Federation and coordinating them with obtaining various permits from the regulatory authorities of the Russian Federation.
The following types of work are performed:
- organization of technical consultations on the possibility of using pipes in accordance with foreign standards under specific conditions of use.
- conducting additional tests in laboratories in Russia and Europe on the stability of the pipes used in the north at low temperatures.
- additional testing for pipe crack resistance in hydrogen sulfide and oxygen environments (NACE).
- coordination of the possibility and expediency of using specific steel grades instead of those that cannot be produced by various research institutes and technical services of the designer
- certification of each batch of goods imported into the Russian Federation in accordance with the requirements of TR CU 010 (Technical Regulations of the Customs Union On the Safety of Machinery and Equipment), TR CU 032 (Technical Regulations of the Customs Union On the Safety of Equipment Operating under Overpressure), TR CU 012 (Technical Regulations of the Customs Union On the Safety of Equipment for Operation in Explosive Environments).
At the customer's request, ATM Steel will arrange for the goods to be accepted by a third party (customer representatives or certified organizations such as TUV, Lloyd and Bureau Veritas, etc.).
