2) rolled or forged billet;
3) pipe length:
EN 10216-5/ASTM A213/ASTM A269 6 meters (or up to 25 meters according to customer requirements);
4) inspection certificate EN 10204-2004 3.1 including:
— tensile strength, Mpa (kgf / cm2)
— nominal or physical yield strength, Mpa (kgf / cm2)
— relative elongation %,
— relative narrowing %,
— coefficient "J" defined as (Si+Mn)*(P+Sn)*10⁴
— Chemical composition check (100%)
— UZK 100%
— 100% heat-treated
— hydro tests according to ASTM A999 (100% of the batch)
— impact testing (2 pipes per batch)
— hardness test (100% of pipes at both ends)
— MCC (2 pipes per batch)
— NACE MR0175 (for the entire batch).
