Work we can do

The list of metalworking services offered by ATM Steel includes:

• plasma cutting of metals, for performing linear and shaped cutting of sheet metal, up to 60 mm thick, made of non-ferrous alloys;
• laser cutting that is optimal for producing products with complex contours made of non-ferrous alloys. It is distinguished by high speed and precision of processing, without the use of mechanical influences;
• band saw cutting, which is considered one of the most effective methods of metal processing. It is used for cutting long metal, including pipes, and rolled products that have a solid cross-section and are endowed with different stiffness;
• guillotine chopping, used if high precision of product execution is not required or machine-tooled metalworking is inefficient;
• rolling applied to rolled products made of ductile metals to give them a cylindrical, oval or conical shape, as well as to pipes and other profiles to change their cross-section;
• drilling that allows you to get precise round and polyhedral holes with a given depth, diameter, and cross-section;
• welding operations that allow the customer to obtain the required pipeline construction elements. The widest range of welding technologies is used;
• milling, which involves the rotary action of a special cutter,including at different angles, on a rigidly fixed part, to obtain a product of the desired shape;
• turning that allows you to get a part with a conical, cylindrical, shaped or end surface from a metal billet, as well as perform external or internal threads, carve grooves and process holes, and cut off part of the part;
• painting, with the use of special paints for metal. This helps prevent corrosion, regardless of the location and conditions of use of metal structures and products.
